Logistics' Sustainable Development Policy

Logistics aims to design innovative and sustainable event solutions while minimising our environmental footprint,
promoting social well-being and supporting the development of a responsible economy.

OUR CORE VALUES

We are proud to have founded Logistics on strong values:

Adaptability: we believe flexibility is a key quality that enables us to meet the changing needs of our customers and the market.

Benevolence and humanity:
we place human values at the heart of our decisions and foster a working environment in which everyone feels respected and supported.

Integrity:
we make a point of applying ethical and moral rules in our relations with company stakeholders.

Solidarity:
Logistics is committed to promoting a spirit of solidarity among its employees, as well as within its business sector, notably at local level.

Transparency:
we are committed to ensuring clear and honest communication in all dealings with our stakeholders.

OUR LONG-TERM VISION

Over the next 3 years, Logistics aims to build a virtuous business circle by developing an active ecosystem of stakeholders who share our values.

We will focus our areas of action on:

Reducing the environmental impact of our venues by protecting their natural ecosystems, controlling energy consumption as effectively as possible, reducing our carbon footprint and promoting a circular economy.

Developing the skills and cohesion of our teams through vocational training programmes and CSR awareness-raising campaigns, while also enhancing employee well-being by ensuring their health, safety and security.

Deploying our CSR approach in our venues, by continuing to optimise the sustainability of our multi-venue offer, while reinforcing our local presence and involvement, and developing responsible purchasing.

SCOPE OF OUR ISO 20121 CERTIFICATION

The ISO 20121 certification covers all staff involved in Logistics' event activities.

The Airbus Event Centre, which is managed by Logistics and its co-founders
co-fondateurs,
and operated as a "temporary venue" by Miharu, which manages several facilities.

The design, planning and organisation
of events.

COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND HUMAN RIGHTS

Logistics is committed to:

Respecting the principles of sustainable development (transparency, integrity, inclusion, duty of care), by integrating environmentally and socially responsible practices into our processes.

Respecting and promoting human rights in all its business activities.
We ensure that our practices comply with the principles of non-discrimination, equality and combating all forms of harassment. We only work with partners who share our commitment to human rights.

Taking the needs and expectations of all stakeholders into account, including our customers, suppliers, employees and local communities.

Complying with all legal requirements, and standards (ISO 20121), as well as with other self-imposed requirements (including internal procedures) that are relevant to our business.

Continuously improving our responsible management system through various approaches: : assessments, reports on completed work/projects, feedback, regular internal and external audits.

Making the necessary adjustments to maximise the positive impact of its activities.

In business life, certain things are really non-negotiable,
and initiating the process to obtain ISO 20121 certification is one of them.
This is not only a market expectation, but a requirement for the planet's sake, which at the same time improves our employees' well-being.
As a management team, we simply want to do our job while ensuring the best possible conditions for all those involved.
This "non-negotiable" has become a key project, an ambition that is being turned into a reality every day,
driven by our energy, professionalism and unwavering belief.
